Our program uses real world case studies to discuss topic of corporate governance. With changing business landscape and heightened regulatory environment, a corporate board member must be able to think and assess situations in multidimensional way. It is important for board members to understand impact of cybersecurity, various types of risks, latest technology and business trends on his or her business. It is equally important to understand impact of functional areas like Finance, HR etc on overall business bottom line. Our program also teaches as how to develop and rely on foresight and leading indicators instead of relying on hindsight and lagging indicators. The program is self paced. A student has to pass final exam, all graded quizzes and capstone project to receive final certificate from GraceX Global research & knowledge institute. All successful participants will be part of our alumni network.
