What is your differentiator?
Unlike staffing generalists we don’t rely on keyword matching or resume collection. We use specific technological methods along with human judgement to evaluate three candidates for each open role. A domain expert with relevant skill set speaks to a candidates and we don’t look for keywords or generic buzzwords like “cultural fit.”
What is your business model?
We fill only executive level and board positions. We work only on retainer-ship basis. Our pricing model includes fixed component (retainer-ship basis) and variable component (which is tied to successful placement and minimum tenure completion as mutually agreed on per case basis).
Do you run competitions?
Yes, for certain types of positions we encourage companies to sponsor challenges and prizes for participants. All participants are ranked according to predefined criterion and prizes are awarded accordingly.
Do you have any technology based solution for DIY (Do it yourself clients)?
Yes, we are in process of developing adaptive assessment bank as SaaS (Software as a service model). We plan to offer its membership on monthly and annual basis.
